Hays & Associates, a Professional Consulting Group, began in 1976… as a real property development company—completing over 60 projects in the local area by 2010. These projects ranged from the design of a single family home to the development of major regional commercial and industrial parks.
In 1995… with a rock solid background in the construction industry... residential, retail, commercial and industrial projects—its founder observed that the demand for prefabricated metal buildings was on the rise. He assembled a Team and founded THE STEEL BUILDER… making it their mission to provide their customers with the ability to order a steel structure, built to their custom specifications, and have it shipped to their door—customer friendly and hassle free!
