  • 40’x60’ — 16’ eaves; 1:12 pitch roof; 12’x14’ framed opening; 3’ walk door; 4 skylights —  Priced @  $18,116.28 or $7.548 PSF ( * see note below)

A variety of optional accessories, e.g. insulation, additional doors, windows, gutters and downspouts, ridge vents, etc., are available and may be added for an affordable price.  Please call us today for any additional options you may require to complete your personal package.

These special buildings were purchased 4 yrs ago and have never been erected and will need re-engineering to meet current CBC code requirements.

  • BUILDING #1            40' x 70' - (2,800 SQ FT.)

Clear span, 10 ft eave height with 3' soffit overhang, 6:12 roof pitch; this building includes everything except side and end wall framing and finish materials - IT IS A ROOF ONLY STRUCTURE.  Conventional wood or steel stud wall framing and finishes may be used, if desired.  The metal roof, trims, gutters & downspouts are Light Stone (beige) color to reflect sunlight.  It includes 6" insulation + solar guard for roof area.

  • BUILDING #2            30' x 40' - (1,200 SQ FT)

Clear span, 10 ft  eave height with 2' soffit overhang on gables & eaves, 6:12 roof pitch, the metal roof is a Light Stone (beige) color to reflect sunlight and the exterior wall color is Rustic Red, includes 2" insulation for roof and walls, it also includes gutters, downspouts & 10' ridge vent with damper & bird screen.  This building is a completely enclosed, wall and roof structures, and has two 12 x 8 ft framed openings (no roll-up doors) and two 3'x7' insulated man doors & hardware.
